ACCESSORIES PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE - FRL UNITS & HYDRAULIC HOSES

A torque wrench is only as reliable as the accessories it depends on. MCIS includes preventative maintenance of key accessories as part of our torque tool calibration service — checking and servicing Filter-Regulator-Lubricator (FRL) units on pneumatic tools, and inspecting hydraulic hoses on hydraulic torque wrenches for wear, damage, and pressure integrity.

This end-to-end approach means your entire torque system — not just the wrench head — is assessed and maintained in a single visit. Issues with FRLs or hoses that would otherwise degrade torque accuracy or create safety risks are identified and addressed before they become a problem.
